As a benefit of membership, any Colorado Springs Art Guild (CSAG) member may have up to four images posted on the official

CSAG web site, at http://www.artwebsite.org. Member artists must provide complete information about each piece, to include title,

media, size, and date created and must sign an agreement (attached) authorizing the identified pieces to be posted. Artwork posted

on the CSAG web is voluntary on the part of the artist and is posted at the discretion of the CSAG Webmaster. Neither CSAG

nor the Webmaster are responsible for any copyright violation in connection with any piece posted on the web, either in the form

of exact duplication or in concept or content.

Each artist whose work is represented on the web site (the artist) is solely and independently responsible for any agreement

and/or arrangement they may enter into with a buyer regarding their own artwork. Neither CSAG nor the Webmaster will be

held liable for any breech of any such agreement/arrangement entered into between the artist and/or the buyer. An e-mail link,

will connect to the CSAG provided free webmail account issued each person who has images posted on the CSAG official web site.

This e-mail account is subject to episodic or random scanning by CSAG. The artist will answer questions and provide details

(e.g.,costs, etc.) about their artwork. The artist is solely responsible for executing all phases of the associated sales transaction

in its entirety. The artist will provide copies of all correspondence and transaction details to CSAG, to include final sale price

and date of sale agreement. The artist is responsible for delivering/shipping their art to the buyer, including any associated costs.

Within 12 days of receiving full or partial payment for a sale, the artist will pay CSAG a non-refundable ten percent commission

(in the form of cash, personal check, or money order), based on the total sale price of any or all online art sale transaction(s),

whether or not the sale transaction eventually becomes final.

I, the CSAG member artist, agree to all of the above outlined terms and conditions with regards to posting and/or selling my

artwork on the official CSAG website, http://www.artwebsite.org. I am solely responsible for online art sales of my own work

and I release the Webmaster and/or Colorado Springs Art Guild from all liability and/or damages associated with posting/selling

my art on the web. This agreement remains in effect until cancelled in writing by the artist. However, this agreement cannot be

revoked during the process in which my online art sale is under negotiation and/or in the process of a sale transaction.
