I also give permission to have a link to my e-mail address on the website so that I may be contacted with regards to my images. (This is for those who do not have a digital camera or a scanner and wish to have their artwork in a format for posting on the web.) *Contact friedatata@artwebsite.org for special member discount rates on having your original art digitally photographed or your photos scanned. B. ____I have provided my own digital images of the following original works for display on the official CSAG web site. Images will be accepted either by e-mail attachments (resolution no higher than 72, please) to friedatata@artwebsite.org or you may provide a disk or CD containing up to four images). Unpaid membership dues constitute grounds for the CSAG Webmaster to automatically cancel this agreement and remove my images from the web site. 2) There is no guarantee that any or all of the images I submit will appear on the CSAG web site. The selection of images for said web site is based on the number of images submitted and is at the discretion of the CSAG Webmaster, who selects and randomly rotates images for a balanced representation of all CSAG members' images submitted.. 3) The images I submit may be modified to best conform to the overall design, space, and time constraints of the CSAG web site. Every attempt will be made to maintain the closest representation of the digital/photo submitted. 4) While every effort will be made to accurately represent my original work, the digital images of my pieces will not necessarily reflect the best quality of my original artwork. 5) All images I submit to the CSAG Webmaster become the property of CSAG and will not be returned to me. 6) I realize that my images on the CSAG web site are internet accessible worldwide and that, although copyright law warnings are posted on the web site, CSAG has no control over any acts of copyright infringement. Therefore, I release CSAG and the CSAG Webmaster from all responsibility and/or liabilty for any copyright-related violation of either my digital image(s) or my original art. 7) To personally cancel this agreement, I must provide a signed and dated copy of this document to the CSAG Webmaster one month prior to the effective date on which I wish to have my images eliminated from the web site. 8) To replace my original images, I will provide new images and a written description of the new images as outlined above. This agreement covers all newly submitted images as well as the original ones.
